Based out of Springboro, Ohio, we happily serve the Miami Valley. All of the Dayton area including Yellow Springs and Springfield down to Cincinnati contain projects we’ve seen through to completion. We offer free estimates and are licensed and insured.

Design-Build

With experience in development and design, we’re prepared to start at the very beginning of building your dream home. Our process is to listen to your needs and in a transparent and hands-on process, create the plan that will deliver everything you’ve asked for.

Renovations and Additions

Here’s an open secret: It takes more skill and knowledge to remodel than it does to build new. The attention to detail and client coordination suit us perfectly. We love the nitty gritty. It’s where we shine.

Framing, Decks, and Outdoor Features

This is the ace up our sleeve. One thing that helps set us apart is our skilled in-house team of carpenters and tradesmen. Not only does this allow us to ensure the level of quality we pride ourselves on, but it gives us control of costs and timelines we otherwise wouldn’t have. That said, our framing crew is not limited to homes built by SD Building. We are proud to stay close to our roots and contract our skilled carpentry crew out at your request.
